Celebrationbackpacks.com is committed to your total satisfaction. If, for any reason, you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can get a full refund of the product price and any associated tax, within thirty (30) business days of receipt of the item(s).
To return an item you need to contact our Customer Service Representative first for a Return Material Authorization number (RMA) if you do not contact our Customer Service Representatives first you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. After receipt of the RMA simply return the item via a track able method to:

Be sure to include your packing slip and RMA number and write your order number on the outside of the package to ensure a prompt credit!
To receive either a credit toward an exchange or a credit on your charge account, please note that all returns and exchanges must be in new, unused or unworn condition with the original tags and stickers attached. Items deemed, used, dirty or missing tags will be returned to purchaser at their expense and no refund will be issued. Customized and personalized items are not returnable. Since lost return shipments are the responsibility of the customer, be sure to obtain a tracking number from the courier for the return shipment.
Back Order Policy
Occasionally, some items may be out of stock. Most back orders ship within 7-14 days. However, some items, especially new releases may take longer. The availability date for these products will be listed on the product's information page. We appreciate your patience.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a Customer Service Representative within 30 days of delivery at 1-303-280-2066 and a Return Material Authorization number will be assigned. Please be prepared to supply the Representative with the order number and item number from your original confirmation e-mail, as well as your e-mail address and phone number. www.celebrationbackpacks.com will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return. If you do not contact Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for all return shipping charges as well as a 15% restocking fee.
If there is extensive damage to the carton upon delivery, contact a Customer Service Representative immediately at 1-303-280-2066. Please have your order number available when you call.
Warranty
100% lifetime warranty is offered by the manufacturer on their products. The warranty will be provided by the manufacturer of the product. The warranty covers the use of the products under normal conditions. The warranty does not cover misuse of the products. It will be at the discretion of the manufacture to honor the100% lifetime warranty.
