Regular business hours are 9:00am - 5:00pm, Mountain Time, M-F. You can also submit questions via email to info@celebrationbackpacks.com 24/7. Your questions will be answered on the next business day.
2. Can I modify my order once it is placed?
If your order has not already been shipped it can be modified. Please call our customer service representative at 303-280-2066 to confirm. We will contact our warehouse to verify if your item has been shipped. If the item has not been shipped, we will be happy to modify your order.
3. Can you ship to a different address?
Yes, there is a section on the order form for this process.
4. How long does it take to receive my order?
Delivery time depends on which shipping option you select, ground shipping takes 1-3 days to leave the warehouse. Once in route delivery can take up to 6 days, depending on your location.
